In my role as an active member for the Organizational Development team, I have produced the following:
• Developed a companywide action plan, including the design, preparation, training and implantation.
• Drafted and designed processes for the following projects:
o KPI development (now implemented)
o Performance Enhancement System (in process)
o Job Description Writer (in process)
o Steering Committee (now implemented)
• Researched and recommended external consultancies to manage training and draft operations manuals, policies, and procedures.
• Commenced the EFQM process for EIAST
• Implemented the new EIAST documentation standards across the organization.

• Quarterly performance progress and evaluation and audit of 10 different KHDA departments
o QMS 9000
o ISMS 27001
• Employee Satisfaction Surveys covering 2 cycles
o Drafting of survey content
o Organization wide circulation of the survey
o Results and analysis of findings
o Individual follow-up and feedback across all departments
• Mystery Shopper
o Perform mystery shopper inspections across the organization (for 6 departments)
o Generate action plans for departments not meeting minimum customer service criteria
o Develop bench marks within the organization
• Dubai Government Excellence Program
o Ensure all requirements are being met for DGEP
o Create a schedule of inspection and audits across departments for DGEP requirements
o Work with individual departments to capture and recover areas of improvement
o Use data and research to understand identify and surpass the expected level set by the Dubai Government
