•Report to the Marketing Manager and lead a team of engineers in providing customer service and sales support throughout the Middle East.
•Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient service sales organization.
•Ensure efficient management of all annual maintenance agreements (AMA) for large Government and private organizations.
•Provide direct sales leadership and management for Inside Sales Coordinators and Service Sales Specialists across the region.
•Coordinating with principals for spare parts supply and warranty support in resolving technical problems faced by all customers in the UAE and the Middle East.
•Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead region-wide direct sales personnel (inside sales and field based sales) toward achievement of corporate sales objectives.
•Ensure adequate penetration of accounts to reach bookings targets in all areas of service sales.
•Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.
•The sole trained and certified engineer in the Middle East for a wide range of machines catering to customers in the UAE, Oman, KSA and Bahrain.
•Being the top level support for various distributors in the middle east and Africa
•Carry out technical and operational training for distributors and customers.
•Increased service revenue by nearly 100% during this period.
•Prepare Field Technical Report to the principals for all new complex issues detected in all equipment.
•Reported to the Service Manager and looked after product demonstrations, installation and commissioning, and annual maintenance of all equipment from Codonics, Kodak, Noritsu, and Shinko in the UAE.
•Products handled included computed radiography (CR) systems including Master Page workstation and dry imager, auto film processors, multiloaders, dry and wet laser imagers, auto mixers and auto film feeders.
•Managed breakdown calls, software upgrades, calibrations and spare parts management catering to more than 200 installations in government and private healthcare units.
•Was responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of high end products like CR models like CR 500, CR 800, CR 850, CR 950 & CR 975, Kodak Dry Laser Imagers (DV-8900, DV-8700, DV-8100, DV-8200, DV-8300 & DV-8150), Kodak Wet Printers (KELP-1120), Kodak Print Server & Modality Server, Medical Image Manager (MIM) and various models of Film processors.
•Responsible for the detection of problems and solutions for all equipment down to the component level for a wide variety of printers, scanners, cameras and computers.
•Independently managed sales, installation and maintenance of more than 200 Kodak Express kiosks.
•Reported to the Marketing Manager and looked after service and customer support including product upgrades to meet customer expectations and advances in technology.
•Looked after formulation of marketing and pricing policies to reach service business revenue targets.
•Coordinated with principals for procurement and distribution of various electrical items.
