Role:
•Installation and implementation at customer’s location.
•Responsible for training to new customers about machines and their functions, SOP etc.
•Responsible for modification of product to increase efficiency and result.
•Coordination between Clients & Marketing Team.
•Regular follow-up with customers for technical support & material stock.
•Understanding customer’s requirements and providing the required service
