• Preparing shipping Bill for filling procedure.
• File & folder maintenance for necessary reference.
• Cargo acceptance & Weight taking.
• Airway Bill Preparation.
• Receiving Freight and issuing the forwarders cargo receipt.
• Handing over to the documents to Cochin International Airport Authorities after AWB preparation.
• After the Completion of work, the necessary documents pertaining to that shipment will be handed over to shipper at the right time.
• For domestic cargo, preparing the AWB, and handing over the documents to Cochin International Airport Ltd.
• Customer Service. Focused on good customer service & orientation.
• Customer Clearance and Departure Clearance.
• Preparation of cargo manifest for Air India Flight and flights handled by Air India
(GF, EK, MK, MH, KU, SV, etc...)
• Contacting existing customers and also new Customers as per the instructions of Manager and marketing people.
