As Project Director, I provide all project management activities associated with the completion of contract. I monitor performance of the construction team to confirm compliance with contractual requirements. I manage and monitor the project team in order to be on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations.
My responsibilities are to work with other consultants and subcontractors to manage and direct the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities. I provide the required leadership to the team for proper execution of the work. I manage the assignment of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency, maintain schedules, and to meet budget goals, and keep alert to possible problem areas and takes preventive action to ensure that critical milestones are met. In addition, I monitor and maintain construction engineering quality control in the field, prepare periodic reports summarizing progress of work activities for higher-level management and the consultant. prepare technical reports and conduct high quality presentations when needed.

I maintain a close working relationship with project design engineering, the consultant, and subcontractors, also review material submittals, shop drawings and method statements, recommend approval, forward to the consultant for final approval and follow-up with the consultant, as applicable.

My role as a Business Development Consultant is responsible for developing new business opportunities and support the top management with the market information in the public and private sectors. I have initiated businesses, presented the company, and shared in creating and applying an effective business strategy.
My vast reputed contacts have enabled me to bring new clients and entrepreneur’s opportunities and could drive sustainable financial growth and building strong relationships with clients in the public and private sectors.
My Responsibilities in this role enabled me to build long-term relationships with new and existing clients and developed relationships with industry professionals to create new business opportunities. Also, increased business growth by growing contacts, introducing the company to potential clients, identifying market opportunities. Client specific opportunity assessments has delivered, and other marketing needs required throughout the proposal preparation process. Working on developing the company’s business was by exploring new business opportunities, evaluating a business to realize its full potential using such tools as marketing, sales, information management, and customer service. My duty was preparing the annual business development plan as well as preparing the annual work plan. Defining and follow-up of yearly targets and objectives. Also, to identify and develop business opportunities for the company’s creative solutions, in addition to formal proposal writing and business model design.

I have brought several real opportunities for A/E design services and construction supervision, and PMC for all section disciplines. The opportunities were in public and private sectors, including infrastructure like water & wastewater treatment plants, main transmission mainlines and pumping stations, in addition to road projects for MOT. Other opportunities were in health care such as a landmark hospital, in aviation like Jazan National & International Airports, and housing projects in real estate development.


In addition provided current progress updates on new business development activities to the management and demonstrated positively company mission, vision, value statements, reputation, standards, policies and procedures internally and throughout the Saudi market.

I have coordinated and assisted in the proposal process with company management and provided technical assistance and support in the evaluation of potential proposals.

My role as PMO Director is to implement and provides guidance related to PMO processes and policies, oversees the work of project management staff, and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize and develop projects and programs including managing a team of highly expertise engineers to deliver technical support and process control of the commercialization and preparation phases with SWCC Departments and privatization phase for WEC Projects.

The PMO Director main duties are to provide reporting to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure alignment to strategy. Create working relationships with project managers and other PMO's. Facilitate governance process. Support work streams which are running concurrently in a coordinated manner and deliver within the defined timelines and as per the set strategic plans of Privatization Program.

As a Construction Manager for KAP-3 project, I have the full responsibility of the construction team which include five zone managers who are leading the fifteen area managers distributed in the entire Kingdom. The construction management team consist of more than 500 engineers for about 400 (taken over) sites by SBG. The mega project value is around SR 12 Billion and consists of construction of MOI department’s buildings in 610 sites in the 15 areas around the Kingdom.

My role was managing and delivering the construction for two mega projects; Infrastructure Development project for RCJY in Jubail, and Railway Construction project CTW-320 in Turaif - Wa'ad Al Shamal industrial City. Also, setting up the business plan and implementing the structure of Technical Office including the Bidding department for the corporate which enabled improvement its capabilities of performance and success in the business for potential opportunities in the construction industry.

The Main PMO deliverables:
• Technical consulting support, including business plans & work strategy development.

STCL is a well-known and reputed company which has a classification of grade one in the construction of infrastructure industry. The Company is a subsidiary of A. Abunayyan Group which is a turnkey partner of water and energy applications. Reporting to the CEO, I was directing the business of the Technical Dept. through a group of professional & skilled engineers, designers, and estimators.
As Technical Director, I have set a business plan to develop the division and established work procedures, including business development, EPC proposals, cost & estimation, engineering & design, and commenced quality management system to be implemented for the company.

My main achievements are establishing and implementing the Dept. business plan by forming the engineering and quality sections in addition to refining the tendering section which have enabled the company to be able to tender and execute EPC contracts with NWC. These projects are Hadda Effluent Outlet in Makah, Heet Al Haer Forcemain and Saad WTP in Riyadh, and other prominent projects in the Kingdom.

1- Construction of water mains and pumping stations and connection of effluent water mains to the existing and new pumping stations: EPC contract of a sewage system consist of GRP 2200 mm pipeline including intake structures, inverted siphon and Electro- mechanical and SCADA works between New Riyadh STP and the Main Pump station. Construction of reinforced concrete reservoirs and upgrading pump station and execution of main transmission water lines.
2- Construction of Princess Nuf bint Sultan Bin Abdulaziz palace in Ma’ather - Riyadh.
3- Construction of Princess Lulua Bint Abdulaziz residential complex in Riyadh.

My duties and responsibilities:
