• Assisting QA/QC manager for scheduling the audits, auditing the supervision consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, preparing audit findings and attending post audit meetings.
• Making monthly quality reports and NCR logs and updating on daily basis.
• Leading Quality update meetings and site quality walks on behalf of QA/QC manager and preparing minutes of meeting.
• Collect all reports from the supervising consultants and contractors to make a combined report according to client’s quality procedure.

• Monitoring Contractor’s welding procedure specification tests, and Welder’s performance tests.
• Throughout monitoring of Supervising consultant/Contractor/ Third party inspector’s quality control procedures and site quality performance.
• Review and approve the Contractor’s material submittals, Project quality plans, method statements and ITPs in coordination with Resident engineer.
• Inspection for the fabrication spools for the dimension check prior to start the welding.
• Inspection for the pipe fit up and visually inspecting the weld before releasing to NDT as per the WPS and project specifications.
• NDT report review for the daily welds and preparing the quality reports.
• Follow-up for the weld repairs identification, repair and Re NDT as per the WPS and NDT plan.
• Conducting inspections for all mechanical material deliveries and verification of material mill test certificates as per the Project specifications and approved material submittals.
• Attending all mechanical inspection with client/contractor representatives.
• Ensuring that all equipments used are calibrated and with valid certificates.
• Preparing daily QA/QC report regarding inspections, materials and Non conformances etc.
• Attending site co-ordination meetings with Client and contractors.
• Reviewing the Contractor’s weekly /monthly safety reports and safety matrix in coordination with the Resident Engineer.
• Preparing weekly surveillance reports, non conformance reports and verification of corrective actions.
• Checking the drawings and documents for approvals and compliance with project requirements in coordination with the Resident engineer.
• Ensuring that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements and drawings.
• Review and approval of testing and commissioning method statements in coordination with the Resident Engineer.
• Implementation and recommendation for safe working conditions on site.
• Review of test pack submitted by the contractor and attending the pre- inspection before the hydro test, making punch list and coordinating with the contractor to rectify the punch list comments.
• Reviewing the contractor’s final dossier at the time of completion of the project.
Lusail Light Rail Transit (LLRT) - $4 Billion USD Project comprising : 4 tramway operating lines, 55.8 km track length, 37 transit (24 at-grade, 2 semi at-grade, 1 elevated and 7 underground), 1 viaduct structure, 1 Depot. PARSONS- AECOM Joint venture is working as the PMC/CM services in this Project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supporting QA/QC Manager for Preparation, issue and maintain project QA/QC program manual and procedures in compliance with Client’s quality requirements, and ensure that these are implemented effectively.
• Identify and report to the Manager on quality issues or trends based on data from a variety of sources.
• Review of Material submittals and making comment Resolutions sheets prior to Client approval.
• Conducts site surveillance on Mechanical/Civil works and prepares quality daily activity report on day to day basis for all the construction packages.
• Recommends and monitors implementation of appropriate corrective action to quality issues.
• Provides input to management on organization performance metrics and process or procedural system improvements.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the Senior QA/QC and QA/QC Managers.
• Participates in site/local vendor quality assessment.
• Supports QA Manager for QMS auditing of Contractors/ Supervising consultants.

• Observing welder qualification tests and preparing welder’s certificates as per ASME Sec IX and other applicable Codes.
• Preparation of inspection request for the site mechanical activities and material deliveries to the consultant/ client as per the Project inspection test plan.
• Inspection for the installed piping components as per the approved P&ID
• Conducting and monitoring Commissioning and pre-commissioning activities.

• Preparation of pressure test (hydro, pneumatic and service) package for the tie -ins and newly installed pipe lines.
• Prepare Punch Lists for piping and supervise completion of punch listed activities.
