Responsible for follow-up on requests for companies reply to all mails and to prepare quotations, and follow-up commitment to conditions the contracts and to maintain rights of the company.
Supervise the processing of goods required and send them in case the order non-availability is coordinating with production department and make work order for their orders.
Follow up the implementation of the customer production orders and send the date of delivery to the customer.
Prepare the documents necessary for the shipping and customs procedures and permits.
Follow-up with the shipping company and get the best possible price.
Prepare a file for each shipment and to make sure completion of all export requirements.
Follow-up with the store to load the order to execute on time .
Follow up the charging process to make sure it reaches the right time
Follow up on the customer's billing collection in coordination with financial management
