 Responsible for the development and maintenance of sales or additional account volume in Dubai, Sharjah and Northern Emirates.
 Develops distributor’s network. Visits dealers to promote confidence and goodwill, discuss and resolve mutual problems, generates dealer interest in obtaining more retail business for the company, concludes sales contracts and supervises logistics.
 Identifies and secures new accounts by contacting dealers/customers not yet established with the company, explaining advantages of company products/services and negotiating agreements.
 Responsible for products marketing in a specific territory and for specific product line(s).
 Regular visits with all agents and dealers; persuade them to purchase Hunter/Netafim products. Cash collection, product transfer, reallocation and warehouse monitoring.
 Visit with other dealers in Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah to advice on our program and to select potential new direct customers.
 Develop promoters’ network in the assigned area and manage it.
 Organize and manage all field days and seminars in the assigned area and attend trade shows.
 Forecast, budget and implement sales targets for the area assigned. Generating new business and expanding sales potential with existing client base.
 Achieving high value sales targets consecutively, through self- generated strategic planning, market intelligence and business management plans.
 Managing client portfolios ranging from Industrial, Government Agencies, organizations, Commercial, Institutions & Healthcare Premises.
