• Define and implement a structured way of handling opportunities first client meeting/solution pitch/RFP response and presentation etc.
• Work with sales team to identify pipeline and plan activities on a weekly basis.
• Take lead / participate in opportunity assessment, qualification, developing response strategy, proposal development, review and feedback process, competitive positioning, pricing / commercial decisions
• Develop optimum outsourcing solution, including: governance structure, delivery model, staffing, service location, service hours, service levels, service level credits/penalties, enabling tools and infrastructure requirements for provisioning services to client, staff transfer requirements and service transition / transformation approach.
• Translate client objectives and requirements into solution concept for specific deals, based on offerings and capabilities.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification technique
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and technique.
• Highly creative and analytical thinking ability to provide meaningful solutions for client requirement
• A sharp business sense and outstanding communication skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.
