Handling in house projects, shutdown projects, management of change modification and misc. etc.,
Handled process unit equipment (Rotary & static) assemly, installation and commisioning, cordination with vendors and sub contractor management.
Co-ordination with client for technical queries, and material expedition
Overseeing the construction on behalf of client to assure quality and safety compliance.
Review and recommend for approval the Contractor material submittals, shop drawings and construction schedules.
Preparation of method statement for static and rotary equipments installation.
Inspection of incoming purchased as well as sub contracted components (valves, pumps, fans etc., )
Supervision, Inspection, testing and witnessing the static and rotary equipments installation (includes alignment, internals), and piping (fabrication, installation and hydro test)
Line checking, preparing the punch list as per P&ID.
Review of contractor work progress, resources and method statements.
Review of engineering drawing, method statement, shutdown work plan
Certification of the contractor progressive bills.
Participate in weekly safety inspection.
Preparation of required material calculation, materials requisition, cutting plan and joint details.
Executed of piping works (CS, LTCS, SS, Alloy) according to the quality limits (Aramco Std) including fabrication activities. (B31.3)
Tie ins and hydro testing.
Allocation of machinery and equipments.
Stream up the daily work progress.
Follow up with client
Handled site fabrication of cement plant equipments according to client quality standards - IS, BS, API-650, AWS.D1.1
Handled installation of Cement plant static and rotary equipment (Raw mill (vertical), coal mill, Kiln, Pre heater cyclones, coolers, pumps, fans, boilers, storage tanks etc.) includes internal assembly, alignments etc.
Preparation of fabrication, erection work and resources planning.
Work Progress monitoring and scheduling.
Review of work progress status, materials and resources with sub-contractor.
