TADWEEER (National Environmental Recycling Co) is the certified Waste of Electric and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) recycler for Saudi Arabia processing of waste: electric and electronic waste (WEEE), telecommunications, cables, transformers, electric motors, ferrous metals, mixed nonferrous metals.
Provided executive-level leadership with full accountability for all business sectors including P&L responsibility, Operations, Commercial, Projects and Compliance activities.

Delivered outstanding results direction daily operation of three companies: EDISAK SA, a electronic recycling company with 80 employees and capabilities in car shredding located in Crete, GR. EDISAK SA, a metal commodity trading and handling company with 20 employees and capabilities for scrap metals and cables in Attika, GR. KOKAIS Scrap Ltd, a End of Life Vehicles, scrap metals and ASR recycling company with 25 employees in Crete, GR.
• Facilitated diverse administrative processes, initiated aggressive internal growth plans, and travelled to all locations providing training, assessed operations, and documented areas of opportunity and change.
• Directed the implementation of an Automobile Shredder Residue (ASR) processing plant which resulted in higher productivity rates and ensure compliance of shredder operations.
• Developed strategic recommendation on cost-effective processes, reviewed projects, and delivered clean WEEELABEX audit and achieved WEEELABEX certification.
• Increased operational efficiencies over 150% for ENALLAS SA through integration of strategic operational practices, lean practices, and workforce planning.

• Recycling Operations Consultant, ANAMET SA, Greece (2016) - Pre-feasibility study for the scope of project, a Set Up of Take-Back System for Used Spare Parts from End of Life Vehicles (EoLV) and mobile equipment from Service Stations.
• Engineering Project, SE Europe, Middle East - Group of Private Investors (Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Waste to Energy, WEEE, EoLV & Lead Acid Battery Recycling projects valued at $200M, 300kpty of processing capacity (2015-2016).
Directed the day-to-day activities for the leading waste trading and recycling company with focus on copper, brass, aluminium, lead, SS & ferrous, cables, e-waste along with industrial waste and special alloys from metallurgical/chemical industries. Held full accountability for the 90 to 180M€ annual revenue and center budget management while overseeing Sales, Purchasing, Processing, Human Resources, Maintenance & New Projects as well as Engineering Operations.
• Worked in coordination with the CEO to prepare and integrate a 5-year business development plan for SEE. Successfully increase revenue growth going from $90M to over $190M reaching processing capability of 60ktpy of materials.
• Streamlined processes and introduced improvements that enhanced performances while supervising a team of 2 regional managers, 6 managers, 4 superintendents, and 12 associates from various engineering teams with responsibility for the management of the 40, 000 square meter plan that employed 150 workers.
• Developed key relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure pricing align with corporate vision, and developed customer contracts for non-ferrous scrap metals, cables, plastics, motors, e-waste, and industrial waste.
Directed strategic oversight of operational and financial functions, developed staffing, implemented technology and service strategies to increase workflow and implemented initiatives for lean operations for the Take-Back and Recycling Scheme for WEEE, the largest Producer Responsibility Organization for Greece.
•Held full accountability for P&L in regards to Technical, Operational, and Environmental sectors; facilitated business planning, oversaw compliance issues and strategy, managed contracts and delivered all industrial waste infrastructures. Successfully reduced overall operational costs by 30% and implemented Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for reverse waste operations.
•Built roadmaps to successfully outperform goals in e-scrap reverse waste operations, going from zero to 60ktpy of e-waste within 6 years.
•Developed key relationships with the BOD, Waste Management Organizations, and Ministry of Environment to gain support of the company in support of any technical or environmental problem solving.
•Developed and integrated an auditing and control model for all outsourcing operations which resulted in significant increase in accuracy and increase profit margins.
Directed day-to-day operations with full P&L accountability for the manufacturer of adhesives, colors, cemented glues for tiles, plaster and building materials across Greece and Albania; led daily activities for 8 managers, 10 superintendents, 30 associates, a 80.000 square meters facility that employed 350 workers.
•Communicated with key stakeholders to build a new automated raw materials warehouse which resulted in increased space utilization and operational fulfilment.
•Conducted supply chain re-engineering program that delivered a 20% reduction in service delivery time.
•Directed the industrial processing plant upgrade; installed new flow meter and continuous feeding system for bulky materials.
