•Delivered Global IT strategy including full digital integrated SAP solution (CRM Sales, field Service, B2C plus SAP S/4 HANA ERP)
•Delivered global O365, Unified Comms, site to site VPN to support SAP ERP PaaS & integrated CRM SaaS globally.
•Integrated Global Concur expenses systems into a new SAP platform, deployed ADP HRIS and Payroll system for UK & US sites.
•Utilised cloud options reducing infrastructure footprint/points of failure, DR, achieving service levels, security and connectivity.
•Transformed all key systems to a fully mobile, integrated digital ecosystem supporting company growth and brand positioning.
•Implemented a full SAP digital manufacturing/distribution ERP with integrated SAP Hybris CRM Sales and Field Service solution.
•Develop and deployed a global intranet and knowledge management system using SharePoint 365.
