Swathy smart card hI-tech pvt ltd is mainly into the Govt; projects
And i has been delegated with the inventory charge for the whole Kerala state of India. With that delegation i was deputed to plan, organize, and control the materials and equipments for it's optimum and safe usage.
Being an Office administrator i has been deputed to maintain the office and it's expenditure regulates the service peoples with proper plan according the customer's demand of services.And i was responsible for the preparation of quotations, Invoices, Purchase orders, and such like paper works. Apart from that
i had undertaken the responsibility of purchase and procurement
of materials which for installation projects.
El Shaddai Refrigeration deals with the installation of industrial refrigeration unit, and maintain the systems according to the contract,
I had under taken the charge of the administration for all project which undertaken by the Company.
Being a project manager i am very much responsible for all the activities of our part of job which is happened with a particular project site
Ex;
selection of the team, their felicities, coordination of other aspects in work site,
presentation of work status according to the clients requirement, requirement of clearances of required, out sourcing the machine power or man power if requires, and the same time the completion of the work in committed time
Pursuing the B.B.A associate with Annamalai University Thamilnadu with the help of their Distance education Program waiting for the final year exam time table
This course extemily equalent to 10+2 and the same time ther was an extra vocational subject here i had taken fisheries ( Aqua culture ) as vocational subject
