Leading the accounting team in achieving the deadlines and timely reporting
Currently supervise and handle all accounting jobs related to 2 subsidiaries from payable to GL including monthly closing/financials and cash flows. Co-ordinate with operation for on going project and reviews the supplier contracts and purchases. Responsible for all Oracle Modules and monthly closing of GL, AP, AR, FA, Project & Inventory.
• Finalization of monthly financial statements for the associate - Landmark International W.L.L.
• Manage Fixed Asset Module which includes asset addition, deletion and retirement of assets for the territory.
• Manage Territory insurance which consists of Building, F. Assets, Vehicles, Business interruption, Electronic Equipments, Money, Workmen Compensation and Group Life.
• Assist Sr. Manager in preparation and maintenance of budgets and projections using Excel.
• Performed Import accounting function which consists of shipment costing, co-ordination with HO and documentation.
• Performed accounts payable functions & vendor management for ongoing projects.
• Monthly Inventory reconciliation with interface of COGS & inventory module.
Finalization of Branch accounts -Bangalore and reports to H.O
• Handling of payable function which includes negotiations with vendors and payment process.
• Filing of tax Returns (Profession tax, FBT, Service Tax etc.)
• Cash Collection Management. (300 Dealers across Bangalore)
• Liaison with Banks, Profession tax & Sale tax departments.
• Co-ordinate with RM in merchandising activity at 300 outlets.
• Co- ordinate with Sales department in sign up of franchisees & MIS generation
• Credit Apprising of dealer profiles to recommend for new franchisee selection process
• Performed general office duties and administrative tasks.
• Prepare legal Agreements related to franchisees and follow up for payments.
