Leading and managing a team of 20 officers handling disbursements, Land registration and pre registration of properties, transfer of properties, documents regularization, and compliance.
Checking legal documents and authorizing payments to the developers based on the compliance certificate.
Analyzing the complaint dashboard and suggesting process level changes to improve team’s performance and reducing TAT.
Liaising with developers and resolving their queries regarding release of payments.
