• Dubai International Airport Expansion-Phase II, Dubai Duty Free Warehouse. The project included four different packages of RCC Foundation Works, Structural Steel Works, Building & MEP Works and Material Handling System having close coordination with each other. Cost of the project AED 425 Million (approx.).
• Al Makhtoum International Airport (Jebel Ali International Airport) -Building projects, namely, Dubai Logistic City Headquarters & Office Park, Police Facilities, Fire Stations, Fuel Staging Areas, Employees Gates, Cargo Terminal Building, Agents’ Buildings, City Integrated Intelligent Building Solutions and Building Management Systems. Cost of the projects AED 2.5 Billion (approx.).
• Expansion of Terminal 2, Dubai International Airport Expansion (Phase III) - Arrival Terminal Building, Superstructure, MEP, SAS, Finishes and External Works. Cost of the project AED 560 Million (approx.).
• Handled the Project Management, Design Coordination and Contract Administration for the fast track job of 560 Villas Complex, related Infrastructure including Landscaping & Irrigation and Community Centre in Dubai. Cost of the projects AED 500 Million (approx.). The projects were completed in about fourteen months.
• Project Management of Shopping Mall. (Cost about AED 210 Million.)
• Project Management, Design Coordination and Contract Administration of a New Hospital at Al Kahal, Extended Health Centre at Salalah and Mirbat Hospital; all for Ministry of Health
• Liaising work for the Corporate office of National Bank of Abu Dhabi
• Supervision of several major projects such as New Teaching Block and New Specialised Teaching Block at Wattayah for Ministry of Health
• Pre-contract & post-contract Management of several diversified projects including Quantity Surveying, Documentation and Tender Evaluation for Weaving Mills, Paints factory, Renovation of Embassy of France, HDPE pipe plant, Expansion of Hotel, Sewage Treatment Plant and Collection Network systems for MRME & WR (Ministry of Regional Municipality, Environment and Water Resources), Hill Cutting etc.
• Strengthening of existing and creating new client & consultant database
• On-site technical assistance & guidance during installation
• Price negotiation & coordination with the manufacturers and contractors

• Construction of Ladies Dormitory at Rusayl (R.O.334, 000)
• Construction of Advance factories at Rusayl, Nizwa and Sohar Industrial Estates
• Liaison & co-ordination with Government Departments, End Users & Consultants
• Coordinate with all subcontractors to ensure right progress at site
• Coordinate with the Architectural department
• Coordinate with the suppliers to ensure timely delivery of the required materials
• Random verification of quality of the supplied materials to ensure it is within the specification of the approved materials
• Project planning & management, take-off quantities of materials & manpower and ensure all the required resources are available prior to commencing the activities at the site
• Timely review of site records, daily reports and progress monitoring
• Site management including materials approval, inspection of the works, quality and cost control
• Conducting site meetings with consultants & contractors to keep in-line with the work schedules, specifications defined by the consultants and also complying with the construction plans
