•Responsible for Managing all the Mid Career Recruitment in the Middle East & Asia “MEA Area”.
•Collect and achieve the yearly recruitment objectives set by each segment within the area, complying to the requested nr of vacancies needed per each country/month.
•Ensure the proper implementation of the EPRN recruitment rules, and polices during the recruitment process
