Working with Business Management Office as a core team directly under General Manager (Chief Program Officer).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handled 600+ employees including Saudi Aramco Secondees, SMPs, PMS, PMC employees.
- Assist in the manpower recruitment for various packages within the department.
- Carried out all recruitment processes including headhunting, reaching potential candidates by telephone/email, applicants’ resume screening, interviewing applicants, processed background checks, shortlisting, finalizing hiring and closing vacancies.
- Carried out employee orientations and processed new hire paperwork, ensuring compliance with company requirements on time
- Maintains an updated manpower file for personnel records, to include employment contracts, salary rates, date of joining, project assignments and other related documents.
- Provided administrative support for all HR functions, including filing, copying, general correspondence and support/preparation for meetings, training, orientations, executive travelling, etc.
- Successfully coordinated numerous HR events for the staff including “Employees Annual Achievements Day”, multiple guest speaker sessions, seminars, conferences, training, employee retreats, etc.
- Assisted HR Manager in revising the company policy manual in coordination with other staff members
- Maintains all relevant files regarding HR Department communication and schedules.

Processing different type of leave request in SAP for the department employees who are in different location in IK and OOK. Processing the Vacation Travel Allowance (VTA) for CH8 employees in different locations.
Monitors and maintain leave availed and schedules for all employees. Responsible for Monthly Timekeeping for all Saudi Aramco Employees in Aramco SAP System.
Training Coordinator
As a department Training Coordinator, responsible for enrolling the employees (SA/Contractor) to IK and OOK courses and maintaining/updating the records in system.
Administration
Prepare various weekly / monthly reports for submission to Department Head and Senior Management. Program weekly meetings, preparing weekly highlights. Providing the logistic support to the team of Saudi Aramco and consultant for the site visits, Steering Committee Meetings. Maintaining the Electronic Filing System. Preparing and processing the Travel Order and Expense Report for the employee’s business trips to In-Kingdom and Out of Kingdom. Maintaining all type of logs and Document Control.
