• Provide level 2 network support to 150 + users at FedEx and visit external clients to resolve issues related to FedEx online solutions and off-line shipping & tracking solutions, covering UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait.
• Optimize FedEx/TNT data, voice & wireless network to ensure maximum network uptime and business continuity.
• Analyze the fleet data for road network and consolidate it into one repository for optimization.
• Assist in determining hardware/software needs and purchase of computer equipment/software, setting up wireless network and implementing hardware as well as other peripherals.
• Monitoring and maintaining activities relating to backups in data center, updating Symantec and Trend Micro anti-virus and other technical matters to enable glitch free operations.

• Provide analysis & updates for IT functions & local Management. Includes preparing accurate & relevant information/ recommendations relating to less complex technical projects/issues/requirements. (e.g. modifications to new IT hardware that improves productivity etc)
• Work closely with InfoSec team to implement and administer network security hardware and software, enforcing the network security policy and complying with requirements of external security audits and recommendations.
• Configure, install and maintain IBM and Dell Servers
Responsible for complete IT support for existing and new customers.
Assembling, Up gradation and Maintenance of PC’s and work stations.
Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of Windows Server Operating Systems
RAID configuration, Active Directory/Domain Controller Installation, User and Group creation, permission and security policy setting, File Sharing, DNS, DHCP, Terminal Server Installation and Remote Desktop Configuration.
Installation and configuration of centralized system for MacAfee antivirus and Symantec Antivirus and E Scan Anti-virus server .
