♣ Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
♣ Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
♣ Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions,
programs and policies.
♣ Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough
and objective investigations.
♣ Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of
employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the
legal department as needed/required.
♣ Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g.,
coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
♣ Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build
morale, and increase productivity and retention.
♣ Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
♣ Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
♣ Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters. ♣ Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and
succession planning.
♣ Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
♣ Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows
up to ensure training objectives are met.

Managing all issues related to recruitment from Hiring to Firing, including development and training plans, payroll and many other responsibilities that would assist the company to achieve its strategic objectives.
Regarding Admin., monitoring staff residencies status and always keeping the company in its best relation with Governmental Authorities and organizations. Taking care of different contracts with outsourced services companies.
Periodic review for company’s organization structure
Periodic review for company and HR polices and to amend them if it’s required
Developing effective induction programs

Prepare Training Plans for staff
Create different types of annual appraisals for all managerial levels.

Coordinate/arrange training upon receiving request from Direct Managers.

Coordinate and following up with different departments all issues related to ISO.

Recruiting staff - this includes interviewing and selecting candidates, checking applications forms, preparing job offers
Handle employees relations matters such as counseling, disciplinary inquiry, salary certificate, sick leaves.

Handling employee bank account process for the payroll
Handling employee affairs process such as resignation, termination, indemnity, social security
Handling medical & life insurance procedures such as subscription for new staff and their family and cancelation, and following the claims whether they are Medical or Casualty.
