Coordinate daily operations activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods, to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
Train team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices in logistics and operations, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
Set performance goals and objectives for team members, monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
Address operational issues and challenges as they arise, identify root causes, and implement solutions to optimize processes and minimize disruptions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
