 Responsible for all Sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to enable management and Sales department to monitor day-to-day sales operations
 Follow up BDA Compliance for the Channel
 Follow up on payment delays
 Reducing the rate of D&E
 Develop and manage long term customer relationships
 Follow-up with sales teams and ensure that credit notes are submitted on time with supporting documents and inform Management on any delays or issues.
 Price list maintenance / product listing & delisting circulation / Monthly Promotion circulation
 Follow-up competitors' promotions and inform the management
 Handling logistics with the delivery team and adjust their routes
