- Creating floor plans after assessing customer collocation space, power, cooling/ventilation, humidity control, floor load capability, system placement and service clearances
- Computer room environment control
- Inspection maintenance routine activities for facilities and premise
- Customer and facility asset inventory

- Level 1 technical support on all IDC (Internet Data Center) products and solutions.
- Precise/written operations procedures and/or technical escalation to higher levels.
- Customer notifications when an incident occurs as per the applicable SLA
- Supervise my region and all the retail stores within
- Schedule IT operations as well as timely attend to any disruptions
- Deploy general patches and fixes in Microsoft Dynamics AX Retail system
- Maintain VPN connectivity to HQ
- Run weekly check list on all store devices
- Reporting to Operation and IT management on rectifications
- Provide 1st and 2nd tier support to employees or clients who require assistance with their information technology resources.
- Install and configure computers and other common technology/devices for new and existing employees or clients.
- Utilize Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and Deployment Toolkit to image and prep computers for deployment.
- Provide support with the regular maintenance of monitoring, backup, and infrastructure systems.
- Have the ability to take on higher-level strategic projects when tactical projects stall. Areas can include network administration, systems administration, high-performance computing, information security, etc.
- Ability to write instructional documentation and convey highly technical ideas.
- Handle all RMA requests with vendors to ensure properly working IT equipment.
- Order IT equipment based on current supply and upcoming new hires.
- Provide input on meeting standards of performance.
- Other duties as assigned such as web development, resourcing and technical research.
Projects:
- Network designing and configuration of wireless access points for a client, at an office. After studying the design and infrastructure of the villa, amount of access points was determined and placed accordingly resulting in ease of access to the internet.
- Successfully installation and maintenance of Windows Server 2008 R2, with DNS, DHCP, Remote Desktop, Printer and File sharing services.

- Expertise hands on troubleshooting of computer hardware related problems such like UPS, SMPS and Printers.
