• Provide legal consultant services of higher management and RTA employees in compliance with UAE laws and regulations, systems.
• Investigating individual cases of non compliance of RTA staff violating of those laws and punishing them according to the rules and regulations of the Commission.
• Support and back up the organization employees in the case brought to commission judicial or legal, in the case of complaints against them for acts they commit while performing their job duties or because of it.
• Prepare contractual terms and clauses of several contracts and agreements and memorandums of understanding with others, whether management contracts or service contracts or agreements a strategic partnership
• Establishing legal basis for all business and services provided by the Authority and the creation of a legislative cap
• Amend existing legislation in the event of conflict with other legislation, or when need to be adjusted to its incompatibility with the emerging situation
• Cooperation with other departments in the development of various legislation governing all services provided by those departments
• Answer all legal inquiries and requests for advice received from various agencies and departments within organization, in addition to advising on mega projects and services that is to be offered to public
• Research and study various subjects that fall within the functions of the RTA and it business, and assembling all the relevant legislation of the Authority
