Recruitment
•Work on hiring mandates from departments, understand the requirements and agree timelines.
•Ensure the requirements are inline with the organization chart
•Ensure on timely delivery of profiles
•Interviewing, online assessments and shortlisting based on assessment results and interviews.
•Offer negotiations, issuances, and signing offs.
•Ensure smooth onboarding of the hired candidates through agency

Onboarding
•Keep track of the complete visa process.
•Coordinate with departments for the joining of new candidates.
•Update Oracle with new joiners, employee IDs and coordinate with departments for Due on Readiness.

Tracker, Reports & Dash Board
•Keep the recruitment and onboarding trackers updated on daily basis.
•Maintain Outsource Dashboard report and send to reporting manager.
•Maintain & share status updates of pipeline candidates with the departments.
Relationship
•Meet and understand the requirement of each department.
•Act as a single Point of Contact for all HRBPs for outsource requirements and issues.

Employee Services
•Ensure all employee requests are addressed properly and on time.
•Receive employee service request from department and keep departments informed about the status.
•Handle employee relations and employee grievances.

Invoice & Payment
•Receive invoices from the agency on the deadline.
•Verify the invoices and if there’s any error get it rectified before sending it to HR for payment.
•Keep track of the invoice process and follow up for the payments.
