2- Receive the customer complaint And solve it.
3- Following the ISO standards and manage the audits internal/external.
4- Manage all defected materials and follow it with concern departments.
5- Prepare the analysis of products and efficiency of work.
6- Follow the packing of products and ensure it is as per requirement.
7- To be sure that all departments follow the specification and standards.
8- give a technical training for new engineers.
9- give technical advices and solution for internal and external complaints.
10- lead a team from 4 members and manage tasks schedule for them.
11- Check all materials samples and give technical report with status (rejected or accepted).
12- attend all FATs, test for product with customer before dispatching and clear all customer questions and clarifications.
13- Repair the VCBs, UPS, SF6 switches
14- Develop and improve internal processes.
15- Checking and testing all new products before launching.
