Working as part of the sales team in the showroom, Attend to showroom visitors. Answer customer inquiries with regard to product specifications, pricing, and payment methods.
Duties:
• Provide the walk-in-customers with high level of customer service and assist the clients in choosing the right product based on their preference.
• Demonstrate product in accordance with procedures.
• Identifying the customer's needs.
• Contacting prospective clients by phone and email.
• Dealing with a diverse range of clients in the private and the public sector.
• Visiting sites and Meeting Consultants, Designers and Contractors.
• Prepares proposals & QUOTATIONS based on customer's requirements and standard technical specification.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and ensures timely payment of receivables.
• Calculate price discounts.
• Following up the order FROM approval to hand over the to client.
• Keep record of customer information for customer call reports.
• Liaising with customers & the dealer network to answer and resolve their queries.
• Responsible for developing own portfolio of customers.
