• Lead & participate in the technical evaluation to make sure of the alignment of the proposed solutions with the technology road-map and ease of their integration with other operational Systems.
• Compile a recommendation about the selection result to the IT steering committee and the project sponsor to get board approval
• Complete the bank's business requirements (detailed one)
• Kick off the project and start the planning phase
