Presently working in APEX KIDNEY CARE, Mumbai, as a dialysis technician & staff nurse from june 26, 2013 till date.
Worked in Niramaya hospital, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai as a ICU Nurse cum DIALYSIS TECHNICIAN from march 2009 till 6 june 2013.
Worked in LAKSH DEEP Hospital vashi, navimumbai as a ICU staff nurse from sep.2007 to feb.2009.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY HANDLING
• Works closely with patients nurses and doctors to make sure that medical environment run smoothly.
• Incharge of assembling the machine and making sure it is in working order.
• Ensuring sterility with each and every procedure which is carried out.
• Checks patients vital signs.
• Administration of local anaesthetia
• Insertion of needle for dialysis.
• Starting dialysis according to the prescription.
• During dialysis checks Anticoagulant and fluid rate to adjust them as needed.
• Sudden respond to any alarm or Emergency.
• After dialysis disconnect the machine and record the patient vital signs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY HANDLED:
• Assessing, developing, monitoring and implementing complete care plan through intra disciplinary team process for all admission/transfer of the patient to and from the emergency room.
• 24 hours responsibility for providing quality care to the patient according to hospital policy and procedure.
• Maintaining concurrent communication with health caregivers and ancillary departments.
• Provided care to the clients with Emergency management in cardiac arrest.
• Assisted for procedures like intubation, extubation, central venous catheterization
• Administration of medication, IV fluids, blood collection, including ABG's, insertion of peripheral lines, Ryle tube insertion and Foleys catheterization.
• Writing nurses notes, evaluate effectiveness of nursing practices.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
• Handled all equipments in I.C.U like Infusion pump, Defibrillator, Multi para monitor with invasive cardiac monitoring, ventilators, Glucometer, laryngoscope, suction apparatus, intra Aortic balloon pump, E.C.G Machine
• Diploma in Nursing from Indian School of Nursing, Banglore in Aug, 2007
