*Following up with the stand builders to receive:-

*Ensure show teams meet deadlines for Ops deliverables by proactive engagement.
*Liaise with appointed and venue contractors within negotiated agreements to ensure maximum performance
*Monitor performance and deadline achievement
*Contractors registration via ESC system,
*Co-ordination of exhibitor manuals
*Co-ordination of exhibitor lists internal/external requirements
*Create and/or give briefs evaluating designs & proposals as required by OM for features, shell scheme stands, pavilions and other ad hoc design requirements.
*Preparing and updating the Smartsheet supplier/service providers software as a service application for collaboration and work management to assure that RX and the service providers as on the \[real time\] with the orders/prices,
*Cost comparison and evaluations of suppliers to ensure Reed receives the best cost savings.
*Maintaining and updating a supplier database including, Trade License, VAT Certificate & MSA’s.
*Controlling costs against budget, raising LPOs, manage supplier’s payment requests and maintain invoice records. Maintenance of the operations budget trackers as required by the OM/OD
