Interface and coordinate with engineering multidisciplinary team to ensure timely completion of all individual closeout activities associated with the assigned hand over areas.
Planning, monitoring and supervising on-site M/E construction engineering activities for assigned project whilst insuring M/E engineering activities comply with company and client requirements.
Monitoring progress of projects at various stages to assure completion within time/cost constraints simultaneously complying with established quality standards.
Coordinating with the civil and structural elements of all projects as well as with contractors and design engineers to identify and resolve all potential interferences and conflicts.
Prepared strategic plans, detail sheets and specifications regarding M/E progress/ changes as well as provided a detailed interpretation for M/E contractors and craft supervision.
Ensure that the works are completed on time, notifying the management of any delays and valuing the costs associated with the delays.
Regularly keeping the upper management/ clients abreast of status of assigned projects, focusing on the overall project schedule, budget, and resolution of project issues. Implementation of the project's quality and safety plans, and ensure the safety of personnel and property.
Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings, document control logs, Owner, Architect and Subcontractor correspondence.
Attend all schedule and management MEP meetings necessary to monitor and manage the project, chairing as appropriate.
Manage all requisitions and payments including lien releases and project payroll and maintains best possible cash flow throughout the project, communicating issues proactively.
Manage subcontractor closeout, transfer of utilities, owner training, and punch list process.
Deliver all warranties along with O&M Manuals, as-builts and training to the owner.
Preparation of BOQ’s and sending enquiries to subcontractors and Vendors.
To carry out and schedule all quotations which is used for negotiation.
To perform the negotiation part with subcontractors and vendors.
To carry and schedule at random execution of the works to ensure compliance with inspection and test plans. Controlling of Non Conformance reports
