or new, starting from property search, negotiating the lease contract and get it approved
and go through budgeting process and get it approved from Management, and prepare
bid documents and go through bidding process then choose the contractor who will do the
constructions and dealing with vendors . Plus the daily, monthly and yearly maintenance
works required by issuing the purchase orders for over than 60 location kingdomwide.
Actually my role is essential to help Management, Finance and Procurement departments
in Saudi Arabia in Planning, Budgeting and other aspects.
