Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for taking care of major brands like FIRMAGON, ACTON, ZOMACTON.
To Build a good Repo with the customers and continue a long term business from them.
To Build a strong Scientific Brand image in the customer mind.
To conduct more scientific activities (CME’s, Conferences) with the customers like Doctors & Nurses.
To Increase the Market strength and to increase the customer base by increasing the UnTap market.
To keep a complete track of the sales Data and to keep a close watch on the tenders in the Institutes and increase the trade business.
Responsible for the Supportive care portfolio and taking care of major brands like PEGGRAFEEL, CRESP, GRAFEEL.
To Build a good Repo with the customers and continue a long term business from them.
To keep a keen watch on the competitors activities and focus on the overall development of the portfolio.
To keep a complete track of the sales Data and to keep a close watch on the tenders in the Institutes and increase the trade business.
To conduct more scientific activities (CME’s, Conferences) with the customers like Doctors, Nurses and Pharmacist.
Responsible for the entire Oncology portfolio in Karnataka
Responsible for the successful launch of Pegfrastim, Xecap and many other brands
Responsible for the increase in the Brand equality into the customers and develop the market share.
To keep a complete track of the sales Data and to keep a close watch on the tenders in the Institutes and increase the trade business.
To make availability of the stock at the CFA, Stockiest and at the pharmacy level and serve the patients at all best possible level.
Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This involved working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager.
Monitoring competitor activity and competitors’ products.
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administration staff e.g. receptionists, pharmacist.
Working at it best to achieve the target goals set by the company
