o End to end monitoring from Kick Off to successful commissioning of Project Elements & Handing Over & Taking Over (HOTO).
o Provide necessary support to Projects sites for uninterrupted progress.
o C0-orindation with Cross functional teams like SCM, Engineering, Finance to expedite inputs required.
o Contract administration of contracts awarded to Contractor for execution of works.
o Managing Supplies (Incl. free issue material) in co-ordination with site progress.
o Preparation of L1, L2 & L3 schedules for Management.
o Controlling of Scope & Cost Overrun w.r.t time.
o Evaluation of land required for substations based on construction aspects.
o Monitor & Maintain Approved Project Budget in SAP.
o Active participation in Pre-bid meetings with contractors for better scope clarity to avoid post ordering surprises.
o Preparation of Quarterly Cashflow Projection to Finance for arranging funds.
o Maintain records of Letter of Credits (LC) issued/to be issued to Contractors in co-ordination with Finance team.
o Handling payment disbursements, reconciliation & commercial aspects of Contract.
o Tracking of Regulatory & Statutory Compliance mandatory for project execution.
o Manage Internal & External Audit teams for smooth & uninterrupted auditing.
o Contribute towards deep rooted safety culture.
o Active participation in IT transformation activities.
o Participation in Business Excellence drives like KAIZEN, 5S Implementation, IMS etc.
o Organogram preparation (MS Visio) & Manpower planning.
