- Interim Director HR at ATIC: Responsible for entire HR function.
- Competency-based training, in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, clients include among others ADTA, Areva and Etisalat.
Managing consulting projects in alliance with Mercer HR Consulting, mainly in the field of compensation and benefits, e.g.
- Development and implementation of a future-oriented competency framework linked with a performance management system and set up of a new grading and remuneration system for a semi-government organization in Saudi Arabia.
- Development of a competitive grading and remuneration structure for high calibre management staff for a Dubai based financial service organization.
Conducting competency-based training and experiential learning sessions, among others for Tetra Pack, UAE Offsets, Nissan Middle East, Wall Street Exchange, Al Ghurair.
Project Manager in a german management consulting firm: Consulting and managing various projects in the Human Resources area, e.g.
- Responsible for developing, implementing and continuous running of standardized assessment centre to recruit new employees and to analyse the leadership and sales potential in the middle management and sales department in the IT industry.
- Set up of team-specific performance-related pay system. Responsible for the implementation incl. road shows, management trainings and data handling.
Hosting and leading seminars, workshops and management trainings, e.g. Strategic HR Management and Competency Development.
Set up of the business unit “Assessment & Appraisal“
- Design of product brochures and coordination of marketing activities.
