Sourcing Targets:
• Responsible for the complete procurement of RM & PM, techno- commercial negotiations and purchase of Capital Items, Production Planning, Inventory Management, stock responsibility, Contract Negotiations and all other Procurement related day to day operations.
• Process requisitions into procurement instruments for the acquisition of capital equipment, maintenance-repair-operating (MRO) supplies, goods and services within a delegated purchasing group (PG) or service supply group (SSG) using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
• Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) principles to optimize supply chain tasks related to the procurement of goods and services for Supply Chain Operations and Maintenance Engineering.
• Manage and control inventories of production and supply with regards to raw materials, packaging materials, Finished Goods and intermediates day to day consumables and being responsible for inventories and cost of obsolete inventory and scrap.
• Coordinate Demand planning with Sales for continuous supply and optimal inventory.

• Responsible to manage and Lead the country-based Planning and Procurement function in order to support business processes in the country by providing uninterrupted and cost-efficient supplies of direct and indirect materials, consumables and services. Establish dialogue and processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction maintained for all internal and external customers. Ensure participation in the regional business unit/operations/R&D activities in order to build and maintain linkage between Procurement function and the local BU/Ops/R&D. Promote Procurement initiatives to the regional business management/operations/R&D and route local requests to the right purchasing contact.

• Vendor development, Vendor negotiations and finding alternative suppliers to maximize the value of the supplier to the business and ensure contract adherence. Ensure local supplier development to reduce costs were required to support the procurement of direct and indirect material requirements.
• Define, implement and monitor the internal CSL agreements.
ACHIVEMENTS:-
• Maintained ECSL above 95% throughout from Jan 14 - till date. December OTIF - 95%
• In less than 6 months reduced the Overall Inventory from 60 MSAR to 39.5 MSAR
• Eliminated one 3PL warehouse to reduce Warehousing Costs ~ approx. SAR 150, 000 per month.
• Replaced the 3PL transport provider with a new and better transport company, due to which it is now possible to track the shipments online, hence providing better visibility and updated information to Sales Team and Customers.
