Ø Contribute to the annual sales plan for each brand / store level based in the region.
Ø Accountable for ensuring shrinkage / stock loss remains within the agree budget.
Ø Seek opportunities for development of the business / brands based in the region and
propose suggestions to brand manager / Divisional Manager and Head of Retail.
Ø Staff budget
Handling 12 Brands with 23 Store in Kuwait / Total Staffing 90nos.

Ø Predominantly Regionally Based role that takes accountability for driving sales &
profitability of Specific region through an existing / expanding store portfolio.
Ø The sphere of responsibility requires commercial decision making the ability to
operate across a number of differing brands / priorities and a key focus developing
a unified team.
Ø Accountable for the achievement of the agreed annual regional business plan.
Ø Overseas the operation within a specific country to ensure the smooth running of the
Jawad Fashion division.
Ø Accountable for the recruitment & development of Store Manager in consultation
with the Brand Manager.
Ø Contribute to the annual sales plan for each brand / store level based in the region.
