Project Management / IT

• Intense research into the gaming field with rough details to collect information and plan company strategy. My research allowed the company to create a gaming strategy which focused on modern trends and practices.

• Managed all game projects from A-Z using Agile development method. Adhered to timelines, created effective work systems and ensured all projects end in time. 90% of the projects passed completion 10 days before deadline in line with company objectives.

• Studied Woweez recruitment requirements, personally interviewed developers and artists of different nationalities and selected the best in talent with a willing heart and unique personality

• Prepared company protocols and systems to create an efficient workflow in line with modern project management apps. Woweez workflow and communication were robust, tasks were completed quickly and staff were clearly communicated. This improvisation not only reduced game development times but promoted staff motivation by eliminating confusions and creating a system of flow.

• Planned with the financial departments and created daily sales/ad expenses/projected in excel worksheets. A clear daily update of reports allowed Woweez to change income strategies by tweaking them for increase in income. Ad views and sales increased 40% with precise country targeting.

• Created an online presence for Woweez, created websites, Facebook pages, twitter pages and other social media channels ensuring a modern gaming company has a strong online presence.

• Worked with the team on the QA, personally involved myself into the projects and played the game in its entirety and always projected to the team that clearing 95% of the game bugs would ensure a near perfect game. Hired different QA engineers to clean the game further. I ensured all our final games were 99% bug free which got the game major positive reviews and praise among critics.

• Brainstormed and thoroughly planned 7 successful concepts

• Provide moral, technical support for the team to keep the project moving. Kept the team happy, motivated, and energetic by promoting encouragement, team work and positivity in the production phase.

HR Management
• Setting up job posts, Laying out the rules, scope of work and job description to potential and successful applicants
• Transparent hiring system based on merit, hired highly productive staff with willingness and the right attitude for the position and the dedication to company goals
• Communicate with employees regarding their inquiries about salary, workloads, work problem, company rules and other concerns. Kept conflicts and concerns to the minimum by reaching out to employees which gave the company a high level of productivity.
• Converted the entire paper system for leave in the company to an entire HR portal for the employees which provides leave applications, HR policy handbooks, training details. This made leave systems more efficient and fast without wasting time scanning through paper records.

This achieved a smooth box office experience for all the patrons involved and reduced the number of complaints. Was given special appreciation by the Box Office top management.

 Personally handled large ticket orders from Schools, Universities & other organizations, groups ranging from 50-100 people. Ensured a quick smooth experience and managed staff stress successfully by continuous support and help.
 Making sure the Press, Industry & VIP badges are active and redemption of free tickets among them is carried out without hindrance & problems.
