Oversee and supervise store/warehouse operation making sure that the provision of enough warehouse required facilities, equipment, tools and competent warehouse/store personnel are available in compliance with warehouse work/activities and safety, materials storage and warehousing. To promote competitive and outstanding warehousing services to support and achieve corporate business objectives.
Arrange and coordinates delivery receipt of materials purchase and supplies for storage and for distribution or delivery. Identify and select parts or materials as described and requested for issuance or distribution. Assist in planning delivery and shipment schedule to ensure that timely deliveries are met in compliance with customer requirement.
Allocate proper storage area/location for each and every materials stored in warehouse.Maintain and ensure appropriate and accurate updated inventory listings and records and reporting system (ERP/MRP) to ensure effective monitoring of movement and transaction of stocks and immediately identifies any discrepancies for reconciliation.Control stock of materials at warehouse/store and store personnel, fully comply with and exercise diligence in observing all warehouse/store maintenance standards as specified by company rules and regulation. Identify, develop and implement store/warehouse policies and procedure to improve and provide effective warehousing operation standard.
Attend management or department meeting if required in order to liaise and communicate operational issues, updates and concern to ensure that plan and warehousing operational activities meet the needs of corporate objectives. Ensure effective inter-department coordination is maintained and observed in order to support corporate production/business objectives.
Help and assist in developing store/warehouse individuals and personnel training programs required in order to meet skills gaps identified through proper training assessment.

Oversee the Warehousing Operations Section in order to ensure the provision of reliable on site goods and material storage and supply that meets the current and future needs of the production process and support the achievement of corporate production objectives. Oversee the Warehouse and Material Management System of the company. Responsible for ensuring Warehouse targets are achieved within agreed budget and timeline. Motivate, train and develop future warehouse leaders and staff to deliver their respective targets consistently through successful implementation of company strategies and tools. Analyze and interpret Warehouse standards / programs and practices to support the business. Manage accurate inventory control and conduct periodic audits. Develop and implement warehousing operations plans, policies and procedures in line with corporate Production strategy in order to achieve the materials consumption plan, and ensure the integrity of supply.
