Establish and control new construction and plant equipment files and all
required contents.
Produce, package and deliver all required job package documents and
drawings.
Establish file for each piece of maintainable equipment and or job package
Obtain equipment list from operating plant engineering files or Engineering
contractor as necessary to identify baseline.
Obtain all relative equipment drawings, data sheets, purchase orders, vendor
catalogues and manuals.
Obtain reproducible drawings where possible.
Operate blue print machine or other reproduction equipment to make copies of
required drawings.
Maintain catalogue of equipment files with drawing numbers and revision
numbers.
Procure all drawings for a new project or upgrade.
Set up and maintain drawing flat file.
Preparation of QC Dossiers for final submission.
