Social Media & Digital Marketing Trainer / Instructor

Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video …) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
•Set up and optimize pages within each platform to increase the visibility of USEK’s social content
•Manages online discussions in a timely manner and crafts responses to social media sites on behalf of USEK
•Coordinate with internal teams & faculties (e.g. communications, Marketing, edition, secretary general…) to manage campaigns on social media
•Work with external partners/agencies to support social media content marketing initiatives
•Attend agreed-upon USEK events for posts, instant videos & photos
Advertising
•Coordinate all online advertising efforts with other online marketing initiatives to achieve an integrated, optimized approach for student acquisition or events attendance.
•Assist with online advertising budget planning, optimization, invoicing and reconciliation as needed, to ensure all online advertising efforts are completed within the allocated budget as cost-effectively as possible.
Mobile Application
•Execute the project according to the project plan
•Interface with creative and technical directors
•Review the app on a regular basis to ensure that it meets USEK standards
Strategies & Analytics
•Track, measure and Incorporate data from multiple sources (e.g. web analytics, social, SEM, mobile…) to provide comprehensive analysis and strategic insights
•Measure campaign performance and content/campaign success using various analytics tools (i.e.: Google Analytics and AdWords, Facebook Insights etc.)
•Recommend, prioritize, and deploy an appropriate mix of communications strategies and tactics in the digital space (Social Media, Mobile, Web and Digital Screens…) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic in support of the overall digital media strategy.
•Research industry trends to optimize future campaigns
•Support & execute other social media initiatives when needed (Internal Trainings, Students trainings etc.…)
•Drafts, recommends and updates Digital Media policies, standards and guidelines.
•Participate in brainstorming activities with marketing to generate ideas for digital media promotions.
Media related activities:
- Manage the TV production team (10 persons) that monitors and reports the information listed in news.
- Analyze and report on the content of media coverage (studies published in Annahar
Newspaper & Al Hayat & several local and international Websites).
- Monitor and Report the information on Social Media (blogs on Wordpress and Blogpost and Maktoob, forums, social networks…) on specific subjects as Business, Banks…
- Prepare data files, graphics, presentations, and other relevant documentation for distribution to clients for advisory sessions.
- Develop research plans, setting milestones, and coordinating internal and external resources to ensure research success.
- Elaborate documentation related to media and news.
- Check the media schedules and liaise with overseas recording partners.
Communication activities:
- Prepare and coordinate with a team the internal magazine of the company.
- Upload and update information on the company’s website.
- Write the monthly newsletter of the company.
- Deliver consulting assignments including presentations, written papers, and direct client interactions.
- Handle customer’s requests on services offered by the company.

- Record and edit local and international news (Reuters and APTN Direct as well as local and international television).
- Write Arabic News.
- Translate English news to Arabic
- Monitor news timetable.
- Record news with the time code and details.
- Classify & monitor all the programs.
