• Managing the Marine, Manufacturing & OEM sectors in Egypt.
• Maintained and expanded all Base business relationship across 2015, 2016 and particularly in 2017 which incorporated an aggressive post devaluation market.
• Have succeeded to introduce new stable Business in 2017 alone of 700, 000 liters in the B2B Business Generating extra Revenue of 1+ MM USD. In Marine, Container handling, Manufacturing and Cement segments.
• Provide prompt technical support and ensure timely resolution of all technical issues in coordination with Technical Managers. And Provide basic failure diagnosis for lubrication related failure where lubricants quality or practices are in question
• Besides my current Role as B2B Territory Manager, An additional assignment to develop and implement a commercial plan (including coverage, distribution, portfolio deployment, Trade & consumer engagement and organization strategies steering) to address market and brand turnaround plan.
• Managing two different Regional Distributors in two Geographical Territories (Northern Egypt and Eastern & Canal Zone)
•Leading EDS (Employee Driven Safety) Program implementation in both Cairo & Jeddah plants.
•Provide Engineering support for the new Master Plan & LPG project, making sure the design, implementation and operation phases are complying with SCJ, NFPA & Local Standards.
•Promote site’s SHE standards as per newly promulgating requirements.
•Leading Waste & GHG Reduction projects.
•Support Pillars launch in Cairo site, and provide SHE support for Iron status accomplishment and for the firstly chosen FI & AM Pillars
•In addition to all the Tasks of my previous role as the site’s SHE & Facilities Engineer, described below.
•Implementing the SHE Schedule of activities and ensuring Guidelines and standards are being followed.
•Reviewing, evaluating and analyzing work environments and design programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent accident / incidents or injury caused by chemical, physical, and mechanical agents or ergonomic factors.
•Schedule the Training plan and enlist all the full time employees, Temporary employees and casual Labor to ensure they will comply with safety Guidelines and standard procedures.
•Complete Loss Prevention and other safety related projects identified by the auditors and the safety committee.
•Audit processes to ensure that all operation units follows standard and best practices as specified in the product safety guidelines, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004
•Reporting directly to the plant Manager as the business lead, and to EMEA SHE Director as the functional lead.
•Responsible for the Inspection, maintenance and upgrade of all facilities including Admin & Production Buildings, Warehouses, Utilities and Infrastructure.
•Developing Standardized PM Calendar of activities for production lines & Utilities & Contacting machines/equipment manufacturers for technical support and for spare parts ordering. also securing adequate s/p stocks availability.
• Responsible for handling cars having unusual problems.
• Dealing with the service manuals and online programing
• Technical support for all Mansour Workshops
• Guiding and supervising workshop technicians.
• Responsible for the MTAC Service (Mansour Technical Assistance Center) by giving technical support to all Mansour branches and ASOs.
• Responsible for the 2nd generation of General Motors academy students as follows:
1. Plan the training schedule for the students and assigning tasks for them.
2. Follow up their performance, attendance and behavior.
3. Evaluate students and prepare reports to GM Academy.
