Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. Mail also schedule meetings and travel for executives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prospecting for new leads and clients
• Make sales calls
• Prepare literature requests and mailers
• Schedule and run appointments/meetings with clients
• Follow up meetings and calls
Close new business
• Handle Customers Complaints and inquiries and provide Solution to their Problems.
• Sell Mobinil products and services and ensure proper collection of required documents.
• Prepare sales contracts forms.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
• Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
