• Handling the Sealy Middle East Mattress showroom in Dubai.
• Reporting to Retail Sales Manager.
• Responsible for increasing sale and achieving monthly target.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
• Selling products to customers as per customer needs and up selling/cross selling, where necessary.
• Maintaining customer relationship in order to build long term brand loyalty.
• Handling new launches, promotions of products and visual merchandising.
• Generating daily and monthly sales Report.
• Receiving payments, issuing receipts & handling cash.
• Handling Customer complaints, organize follow-up visits and report weekly in writing about sales activities, the status of the pending projects.
• Maintaining general cleanliness, hygiene standards & visual displays.
• Adhering to Standard Operating procedures.
• Participating in Shop Inventory & ordering stocks.
• Implementing CRM at the store level & providing relevant feedback.
• Coordinating shipping schedule and delivery of merchandise and services.
• Coordinate with the dispatch department for the accuracy of delivery.

• Organize follow-up visits and report weekly in writing about sales activities, the status of the pending projects and achievements.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Inventory Control - regular stock taking and ensuring there are no stock shortages
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Coordinate with the dispatch department for the accuracy of delivery.
