• Negotiation and co-ordination with banks including preparation of project reports for obtaining various facilities, opening letters of credit, processing documents under LC, issuing Bank guarantees etc.
• Cash flow management, strategic planning forecast and business plan, analysis of actual vs. forecast / business plan.
• Management of inventory control system.
• Advising the management on investment opportunities and acquisition of agencies and products, deployment of available capital to earn maximum revenue. Increasing the ROI by elimination of unwanted costs in line with the broader objective and vision of the company.
