Projects Manager - EASTERN AREA.

This company is active in trading electronics, home appliances, HVAC system, medical system and low current system. Our department has many big accounts in KSA such as Alrajehi Bank, Samba bank, SIB bank and GIB Bank. I'm reporting to the executive manager. I'm responsible for:
-Lead the project team, establish the project execution approach and oversee project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
- supervise the implementations of new systems and perform necessary configuration and programming as requested by the client and project’s specifications
- perform duties as required on an “on call” basis during working hours and outside of regular working hours.
- prepare and submit proper documentation for each completed project site information, correspondences and drawings.
- prepare technical replies/inquiries to customers and suppliers (official letters and emails).
- Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer
- coordinate testing and commissioning activities for new installed systems, and prepare operations instructions, user's manuals and other documents requested by the client
- Monitoring and Reporting Progress.

- experience in managing, installation and commissioning projects for Low Current systems project. Experience in design, drawing, installation and maintenance of Low Current Systems like Fire alarm, Voice evacuation, Access Control, CCTV, Fingerprint, Intrusion, Public address, RFID, sound system, gate barrier, Audio Visual, ANPR and Integrated Security Systems.
