Duties:
-Responsible for the project controls set up process on large strategic projects in the pole.
-Responsible for project schedule compliance standards in accordance with Honeywell schedule audit criteria and Global Project Management (GPM) requirements.
-Actively participates in project review meetings & provides clear, accurate project schedule assessment & gives proactive advice to drive successful project completion
-Accountable for accuracy & timely delivery of all project reports & forecasts related to the project schedules on assigned projects.
-Ensures the accuracy of progress reporting in accordance with Honeywell Global Project Management (GPM) and Global Project Controls (GPC) requirements.
-Develop project recovery plans for troubled projects.
-Responsible for development and deployment of Project Controls training.
-Setting up, updates and maintain the typical project scheduling templates to the various vertical markets projects undertaken by the Operations team.
-Provide on-the-job leadership & mentoring of Project Controls Specialist on assigned projects.
-Identify and propose Project Control process improvements.
-Develop and maintain orientation package for new project controls hire
-Coordinate with EMEA and Asia Pacific Pole Project Controls Consultant
-Assist to identify skill gaps within the project controls organization.
-Involvement in mega project risk and opportunity assessment during pre and post project award.

Project: Sakhalin II onshore pipeline project. The Work comprises accepting, procurement, Engineering & Company’s Design, detailing and finalizing the design, Constructing and Commission the Sakhalin pipelines, which are approximately 700km of Coated line, 48”, 20”, 14” of Gas P/L & 30”, 24”, 20”, 14” of Oil P/L. Associated works also included 150 Valve Stations and 9 pigging facilities.

Position: Lead Project Control Engineer
Duties: planning & progress monitoring works
-Managing the resources of the planning department, supervising all work and making sure the schedules are up
to-date and all reports are checked and issued on time
-Coordination between departments
-Creating and maintaining the construction schedule at levels 5 and 6
-Preparing written project analysis including identifying design issues, HSE requirements, potential bottlenecks and making recommendations for action

Project: Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey Crude Oil and Gas Export Pipeline Projects (BTC & SCP). The Work comprises accepting Company’s Design, detailing and finalizing the design, Constructing and Commission the Azeri Portion of the BTC & SCP pipelines, which are approximately 880km X 42” of X-70, 3-LPE Coated line pipes. Associated works also included 27 Valve Stations and 3 pigging facilities.
Contract Value: US$ 250 Million.
Location: Baku- Azerbaijan
Position: Project Planning Engineer (Office & Site).
Duties: The Planner’s scope is to create, administer, and implement the overall project’s plan. Examples of essential functions would be:-1-Managing the resources of the planning department, supervising all work and making sure the schedules are up-to-date and all reports are checked and issued on time.

Project: Karachaganak Main Works Contract (KMWC). The scope of work comprises a Gross root Gas Processing & Condensate Plant, an Oil & Condensate Processing Plant with Gas Compression/Re-injunction Facilities & a Well Production Gathering System & Gas Re-injunction Trunk line & Flow line (approx. 300 KMs) as well as an Oil Export Pipeline of approximately 600 KMs. The final output of the plant will be 300, 000 barrels/day of oil & 883 Billion Cube feet of gas annually.

Location: North West Kazakhstan
Position: Progress Monitoring & Control Engineer.
Duties: Monitoring and controlling the project progress by utilizing the in- house software “Pyramid” for the areas in-charge, in addition to the preparation of the weekly and monthly reports for the client and management for the same areas. Monitoring and analyzing quantities achieved and compare it to the targeted quantities scheduled. Preparing S curves charts. Concerning norms for the actual man- hours and quantity done.Managing mechanical completion activities of the Infield facilities project including packages handling to the client after walk-down in addition to supervising the final stages of the piping & structural erection, hydro-testing, painting and insulation work at early oil production satellite unit (EOPS).

Duties: Responsible for erection of above ground piping & structural Steel in Gas treatment area-3 (GT3), the total of scope in GT3 800 tons (A/G Piping). I was controlling 3-foreman, 10-charge hand and 120 different trade workers. Responsible for arranging punching of different system in dedicated area and preparing test pack ready for hydro-test.
