1.Make sure Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policies of the Group are strictly followed by staff of the maintenance department at all times.
2.Define, direct, supervise 18 employees within the maintenance Department.
3.To execute and analyze the daily work orders for the maintenance department according to priority, cost, complexity, risks, and to make daily and weekly plans for work orders taking into consideration safety issues, and suggest corrective actions based on KPIs results to assure the best performance of the department.
4.To do an efficient effort to reduce fixing of equipments and form clear visualization to improve the use of necessary spare parts to achieve higher maintenance results with lower cost.
5. Being responsible of managing the maintenance department to maintaining 160 sites all over Jordan.
6.Make sure the fixed expenses related to maintenance do not exceed the budgeted amounts.
7.Execution of the required preventive and causal maintenance with the highest performance, lowest cost, and matching safety requirements in order to get the most usage from the assets (depot, stations, delivery trucks, etc).
8.Taking a role in human resources management, financial resources, available resources for work, in order to achieve the highest performance from the departement with the most efficient control.
9.Recruit, train, appraise, motivate and manage maintenance Department staffs.
10.Evaluate maintenance operations and establish maintenance contracts.
11.Execution of planned strategies in order to match the production requirements for the company equipments and maintenance cost.
12.Make sure our maintenance contractors strictly abide with our HSEQ standards.
13.Ensure all statutory tests and controls are conducted according to the Group standards and local legislations.
14.To conduct several internal audits on all company procedures and recommend corrective actions for all nonconformity cases.
1- To coordinate with electrical maintenance manger in order to plan short and medium term tasks for the department in order to match the plant main goals.
2- To ensure that safety instructions are followed accurately from the staff and the related contractors in the sections.
3- To determine the cost factor in the department.
4- Coordinate with electrical manager in human resources issues:
4-1 To determine the annual goals for the staff in the section.
4-2 To evaluate the staff in the section according to the completed tasks.
4-3 To create a competitive work climate for the staff in the section with the help of electrical manager.
4-4 To create a skill improvement program for the staff of the section.
5- To ensure that best maintenance quality is achieved.
6- To report major equipment problems for the electrical manager and to taking the main role in solving them.
7- To evaluate processes after repairing and decide whether these processes obey production requirements and to check that it is working properly and safely after finishing the repair.
8- To take a role in database building during maintenance for spare parts (used materials, their quantities and the number of labour needed), then to fill these data in separate files as a record.
9- To analyze frequent failures and solve them in order not to be repeated.
10- To facilitate maintenance issues i.e. place, movement and to supply cranes to make maintenance procedures simpler.
