o Managing and supervising Samsung IT marketing team and promotion activities.

o Developing pricing policies of Samsung IT products and benchmarking according to IT market potentials and our current market share. And submit the analysis to the board.
o Maintain monthly reports and participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews as well as in the annual product planning process.
o Cooperating sales team in handling major accounts in regards to the technical properties of the brand.
o In charge of handling customer orientation and training on the operation manual of the brand.
o Creating Route Maps and daily schedules for both promoters and supervisors.
o Checking / comparing weekly and monthly sellout plus product availability in the market.
o Pushing dealers, hyper & chains managements to PO and follow up with distributors.
