HR Retail Experience:
- Recruitment of staff at all levels based on set competencies and KRAs in co-ordination with various departments and mainly recruitment for Sports brands i.e. Nike, Timberland, Adidas and implementing structured Induction process.
- Liaison with ROMs for new staff induction, trainings, motivation, appraisals, grievance handling, and staff pull outs & transfers
- Identifying the gaps of Skills & product knowledge and make training arrangements in coordination with Brand Managers & Retail Ops Manager.
